Exchanges & Returns Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item, whether you need a different size or prefer another product.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please contact us via WhatsApp to request an exchange before sending back the item.
Exchanges must be for an item of equal or higher value.

Please note that returns are only accepted if the item is not as described or does not match the product details provided at the time of purchase.

In such cases:

You must contact us on the same day you receive your order to request a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Once approved and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days for orders paid online. Please note that applicable fees may apply.

For security and insurance purposes, all orders must be received sealed, with the original shipping label attached. Orders cannot be opened or inspected before delivery is completed.
If you notice any issue with your order after receiving it, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you and resolve the issue.
Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value.
Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

يسعدنا استقبال طلبات الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من استلام المنتج، سواء كنت بحاجة إلى مقاس مختلف أو تفضل منتجًا آخر.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير مرتداة، مع بقاء البطاقات (التاغ) عليها وفي عبوتها الأصلية.
إثبات الشراء مطلوب.
يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب لطلب الاستبدال قبل إرسال المنتج.
يجب أن يكون الاستبدال بمنتج بنفس القيمة أو أعلى.

يُرجى ملاحظة أن الإرجاع يُقبل فقط في حال كان المنتج غير مطابق للوصف أو لتفاصيل المنتج الموضحة وقت الشراء.

في هذه الحالة:

يجب التواصل معنا في نفس يوم استلام الطلب لطلب الإرجاع.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات المرتجعة بحالتها الأصلية وفي عبوتها الأصلية.
بعد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع وفحص المنتج، سيتم رد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 15 يوم عمل، وذلك للطلبات المدفوعة إلكترونيًا. يُرجى العلم أنه قد يتم تطبيق رسوم مستحقة.

حرصًا على سلامة الطلبات ولأغراض التأمين، يجب استلام جميع الشحنات مغلقة ومحكمة الغلق، مع وجود بوليصة الشحن الأصلية مرفقة على الشحنة. ولا يُسمح بفتح أو فحص الشحنة قبل إتمام عملية الاستلام.
في حال ملاحظة أي مشكلة في الطلب بعد استلامه، يُرجى التواصل معنا فورًا عبر واتساب، وسيكون فريقنا سعيدًا بمساعدتك وحل المشكلة.
منتجات التخفيضات (Sale) يمكن استبدالها فقط بمنتجات بنفس القيمة أو أعلى.
المنتجات المخصصة (Personalized Items) غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.
المنتجات المُرسلة دون موافقة مسبقة لن يتم قبولها.
